Jennifer Currence is the founder of The Currence Group. She began her career with Accenture Consulting over 20 years ago and expanded into financial services, consumer goods, and non-profit organizations. She is a professor of management at the University of Tampa, Sykes College of Business. She has been recognized as a Thought Leader by the International Society of Performance Improvement and was named the Tampa Bay HR Consultant of the Year for 2017.

Jennifer Currence is a Certified Professional Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through HRCI, and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) through SHRM. Jennifer is a national SHRM faculty member, a regular speaker at regional, national, and international events and conferences, and the author of SHRM’s eight-part behavioral competency book series: Making an Impact in Small Business.
