Summary of Program

The Connected Leadership Framework® is an evidence-based leader development approach that recognizes a clear leader self-identity as one of the strongest predictors of leadership effectiveness. It is explicitly designed to increase organizational leader capacity, develop leader competencies, reinforce the chosen leadership culture, and prepare leaders for succession. Connected Leaders are key to ensuring an organization achieves its business goals both now and in the future.
